La tempête Xynthia est passée par le port de Briare dans la nuit du 27 au 28 février 2010. Pas de dégâts, quelques bâches soulevées comme ici, sur Lumi IV. The storm Xynthia passed through the port of Briare in the night of the 27th to the 28th of February 2010. No damage, some tarpaulins were lifted as here on Lumi IV. De storm Xynthia is de haven van Briare gepasseerd in de nacht van 27 opt 28 februari 2010. Geen schade, alleen sommige dekzeilen zijn weggewaaid, zoals hier op Lumi IV
		Sur le quai du Centre socio culturel, plus venté, des amarres supplémentaires ont été lancées afin de sécuriser les bateaux, et rien au port de Commerce. 		Quelques plaques de glace sont encore présentes sur le canal, profitons en pour visiter de l'usine élévatoire, c'est ICI. There are still some patches of ice on the channel, let’s visit, the pumping station instead here. Hier en daar zijn nog steeds stukjes ijs op het kanaal, we kunnen nu beter een bezoekje brengen aan het pompstationt hier.
Le thermomètre est descendu à moins onze degrés, ce 16 février 2010. Les "Aquanaut" du port ne sont pas dépaysés, c'est presque comme à Sneek en Friesland. 		Sous une pluie soutenue, Flora Line fait sa première sortie, direction ses amis du Gipsy. Nous supputons que cela a été bien arrosé. Under a steady rain, Flora Line makes the first trip towards its friends of the Gipsy. We reckon this has been well washed down. In de stromende regen, maakt Flora Line haar eerste tochtje naar vrienden op de Gipsy. We vermoeden dat hier goed op geklonken is.
Un premier bateau a quitté le port de Briare le Canal, Le reconnaissez-vous ? Non, c'est Delphine qui regagne Chatillon sur Loire. The first boat left the Briare-le-Canal marina. It’s Delphine who returns to Chatillon sur Loire. De eerste boot heft de haven van Briare verlaten. Het is de Delphine die terugkeert in Chatillon sur Loire.
		En route pour une petite balade, tout heureux de naviguer à nouveau des amis accompagnent le bonhomme de neige au dessus de la Loire. 		C'est la saison creuse pour Alain Charmetant, "Charmes Nautiques". Au quai Mazoyer peu de monde, Quelques plaisanciers, Tom, Marck et bien sûr Pierre, qui révise ses bateaux. This is the low season for Alain Charmetant "Charmes Nautiques". At the Mazoyer quay there are not many tourists. Only a few sailors, Tom, Mark and of course Peter, who recondition their boats. Dit is het laagseizoen voor Alain Charmetant “Charmes Nautiques”. Er zijn niet veel toeristen aan de Mazoyer-kade. Alleen maar enkele watersporters : Tom, Mark en natuurlijk Peter werken aan hun boot.
Au quai de la Trézée, Bramasol, Deneb, Narbonne, Clazina, etc... ne peuvent plus naviguer. Pas de problème, un avis à la batellerie est tombé : Le canal de Briare est fermé pour... Ice Aan de Trézée kade kunnen de boten ook niet varen. Geen probleem, een scheepvaartbericht meldt dat het ‘Canal de Briare’ gesloten is vanwege……IJs.
		Au quai Tchékoff, ici aussi les bateaux sont dans la glace, au premier plan vous pouvez reconnaître Thanaloge, Rauha mais ne vous inquiétez pas les Lumi IV, Bonne Anse et les autres c'est tout pareil. At the Tchékoff quay, the boats are in the ice. In the foreground, you can see Drifttwood, Shirlee but for Zizz, Flying Fortyand the others it’s all the same. Aan de Tchékoff-kade liggen de boten ook in het ijs. Op de voorgrond kunt u Thanaloge en Rauha herkennen, maar voor Lumi IV, Bonne Anse en de anderen is het allemaal hetzelfde.
Certain d'entre vous se demande où est passé le Simonszand. Nous l'avons surpris dans les glaces à Ouzouer sur Trézée, cette situation son capitaine connaît... N'est-ce-pas Claude et Henri ? Janvier, le port est pris en glace, seule la Trézée fait son lit. Dur, dur de faire les pleins d'eau à cette saison. January, the port is covered with ice, only the river Trézée makes his bed.
